The things people ask first.
Do our departments, businesses and gangs still need their own Discords?
No. FiveHQ is built for immersive servers, so your community runs one Discord. Each faction gets its own hub in FiveHQ for its members, ranks, SOPs, leave and duty, and players reach it in game from the tablet and the phone. A promotion, a ban or an accepted application reaches Discord and the city together.
How is it priced?
Per community, not per person. One price covers everyone on your staff team — owners, department heads, reviewers, whoever else you add. Growing the team never changes the bill.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It is free permanently, with three factions, unlimited members, unlimited duty history and the full game integration. If you never outgrow it, you never pay.
Do you do refunds?
No — and that is why the free plan is a real one rather than a trial. Use it for as long as you like before you pay anything. You can cancel whenever you want and keep everything until the period you have paid for ends, and if we charge you twice or charge you after you cancelled, that is our mistake and we fix it.
Should I pay monthly or yearly?
Monthly, until you are sure. Yearly saves you two months, but there are no refunds, so it is worth running a few months of real shifts through FiveHQ before committing to a year of it.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your community drops back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted, and exports keep working, so you are never locked in by a lapsed subscription.
Which frameworks do you support?
QBox is what the resource is built and tested against today. If you run something else, talk to us before you switch — we would rather tell you it is not ready than have you find out on a Friday night.
Do I need to run anything on my server?
Only if you want the game integration. The dashboard and the Discord bot work on their own; the FiveM resource is a separate download that adds whitelist, identity linking, ban sync, in-game duty, the in-game tablet and the jobs app for players’ phones.
Does the bot need Administrator?
No. It asks for the specific permissions it uses and nothing more, and it checks its own role position before it tries to change somebody so it fails loudly instead of silently.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, all of it, on every plan including the free one. One archive with every record as JSON, a spreadsheet copy of the tables you would actually open in Excel, and a README explaining how they join up. No plan gate and no support request — you take it yourself from Settings, Your data.
Who owns the data?
Your community does, not whoever created the account. A community can have several owners and ownership can pass to somebody else without anything being rebuilt.
Which phones does the jobs app work with?
lb-phone, plus adapters for YSeries, GKSPHONE, High Phone. If your city runs none of them, players can still find jobs and apply from the in-game tablet, with nothing else to install. lb-phone is what the app was built for; the other adapters are new, and on YSeries the buzz is not wired yet. Every adapter is written from that phone’s own developer documentation, and none has been run on a live server yet. Tell us which phone you run.
