Billing and refunds
Short version: there are no refunds, because there is a free plan and you should never need to pay to find out whether FiveHQ works for your community.
No refunds
The free plan is there so you can use FiveHQ properly before paying for it — three factions, unlimited staff and the whole game integration, for as long as you like.
Cancel whenever you like
And keep everything until the period you have paid for ends. Nothing is cut off early, and we email you before each renewal so it is never a surprise.
Billing mistakes, we just fix
A double charge, or a charge after you cancelled, is our error rather than a change of mind. Tell us and we will put it right.
What happens to your data
Cancelling drops your community back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted and nobody is removed — anything above the free plan’s limits becomes read-only rather than disappearing.

Getting hold of us
Email, or ask in Discord. If something has gone wrong with a payment, say so plainly and we will sort it out — that is a correction, not a favour.
